Welcome to the new SikhRoots website. We have changed and revamped a few things since you last visited which we hope you will like.

A New Way To Listen

Our audio section has been totally revamped. We have changed the entire structure and used a solid database structure to manage all the files. What that means is a much better search experience allowing you to find the tracks you are looking for without having to search for hours and make too many mouse clicks. Depending on your browser, you can benefit from the latest HTML technology to play files on the site without having to use flash. This news will be of most interest to you if you use a iPhone or iPad, which doesn't support flash at present. Now, we haven't quite finished updating it yet, but we aim to be making massive progress in the next few months.

Find A Gurdwara

We now have a locate Gurdwara feature on the site. You can locate a Gurdwara near you anywhere in the world including UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe. Just type in your postal code and click search to find Gurdwaras nearest any location. We have integrated this with Google maps so you can view pinpoints on a familiar interface.

We have also added a lot of literature related to Sikh history. We are in the process of adding our original library of photographs since 2001 to our website as well as a huge archive of exclusive video footage and audio.

This is just the start of our next wave and there's lots more exciting content and features to come. So please keep visiting back for more.
